Shipping & Returns Policy
At Natural Agarwood World we care about your satisfaction and aim to give you the best service, so our shipping and returns policy is flexible, clear and protects your rights as a customer.

Shipping Policy
We deliver your orders worldwide with reliable, fast shipping companies.
Shipping costs $50 per kg, delivered door to door.
You can follow your order with the tracking number we send you by email or text message.
Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days after we receive your bank transfer.
Products that need a CITES export certificate: the certificate takes 3 to 4 weeks for your first order, then about a week for later orders, and shipping starts once it is issued.
Payment is by bank transfer in US dollars; your bank may add a transfer fee.
We work hard to deliver on time, but delays can happen for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or public holidays. If that happens, we will let you know and apologise for the inconvenience.

Returns Policy
You may return or exchange products bought from our website within two weeks of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition: unused, unopened, undamaged and with all accessories and labels.
To return or exchange a product, contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone with your order number and the reason. We will arrange collection from your address and send the replacement or refund the order amount to your account or card.
A return or exchange can take from two weeks to a month or more, depending on the product, the shipping company and the payment method.
You may pay extra shipping for a return or exchange, unless we made a mistake or the product is damaged or does not match its description or photo on the website.
Some products, such as perfume oils, cannot be returned or exchanged for health, legal or other reasons.
Please read the product description carefully before buying and check its return and exchange options.
We hope you enjoy shopping with us and look forward to serving you. For any questions, feedback or suggestions, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Thank you for your trust.
