Taken from agarwood trees grown in the forests of southern Vietnam, with an average tree age of 8 years. The chips are carefully cleaned to remove the woody parts that spoil the scent when burned, down to a thickness of 1 mm
depending on the depth of the resin veins in each chip, with a length of about 30 mm. All chips keep their agarwood scent, which does not change but fades gradually. The scent lasts 3–5 hours in a room, and longer on a humidified shemagh or curtains.
Suitable for electric burners and gentle coals
Resin content of the chips: 50–60%
Production capacity: 500 kg per month
