  • المنتجات الطبيعية: نظراً لأن خشب العود، الرقائق، ودهن العود هي منتجات طبيعية مستخرجة من الأشجار، فإن الألوان، الأشكال، تفرعات الكسر، وكثافة الراتنج قد تختلف طفيفاً من قطعة إلى أخرى، ولا يُعد الاختلاف الطفيف عيباً مصنعياً.

  • الدرجات والتصنيفات: تخضع تصنيفات المنتجات (مثل: سوبر، دبل سوبر، تربل سوبر، رويال كينج) للمعايير الفيتنامية المعتمدة لدى مصانعنا وموردينا ويتم توضيح مواصفات كل درجة في صفحة المنتج.

  • الأسعار: جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدولار الأمريكي ($) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق وفقاً لتقلبات السوق وتكاليف المواد الخام.

2. الطلبات والدفع

  • يُعد إرسال الطلب بمثابة عرض شراء يخضع للموافقة والتأكيد من جانبنا. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب، بما في ذلك نفاد الكمية، أو الأخطاء التسعيرية، أو الاشتباه في عمليات احتيال.

  • يتم الدفع عبر الوسائل المعتمدة في المتجر (PayPal، بطاقات الائتمان، Apple Pay، Google Pay). يلتزم المشتري بتوفير معلومات دفع دقيقة وكاملة وقانونية.

3. الشحن والتصدير والجمارك

  • نقوم بشحن الطلبات دولياً من فيتنام عبر شركات الشحن الدولية المعتمدة.

  • الجمارك والرسوم: يتحمل المشتري وحده مسؤولية أي رسوم جمركية، ضرائب استيراد، أو رسوم تخليص محلي تفرضها بلد المقصد.

  • الامتثال للأنظمة (CITES): يلتزم المتجر باستخراج أوراق التصدير القانونية اللازمة للعود الطبيعي. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من أن استيراد نوع العود المطلوب مسموح به في دولته.

4. سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع

  • نظراً لطبيعة المنتجات العطرية وحساسيتها:

    • لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال عبوات دهن العود المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لأسباب صحية وسلامة الجودة.

    • في حال خشب العود أو الرقائق، يجب ألا يتجاوز الاستخدام التجريبي عينة محددة (تُتفق عليها مسبقاً) وبشرط إعادة المنتج في حالته وتغليفه الأصلي خلال [X أيام، مثلاً: 7 أيام] من الاستلام.

  • يتحمل المشتري تكاليف شحن الإرجاع والتخليص الجمركي في بلد المنشأ ما لم يكن الخطأ صادراً من المتجر (كتلف أو إرسال منتج غير مطابق تماماً).

5. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المنشورة على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك النصوص، الصور، مقاطع الفيديو، الشعارات، والتصاميم، هي ملكية حصرية لـ Natural Agarwood World ومحمية بموجب قوانين حماية الملكية الفكرية. يُمنع منعاً باتاً نسخها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن خطي مسبق.

By browsing, registering, or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

1. Product Authenticity and Descriptions

  • Natural Variations: Agarwood chips, raw wood, and natural oils are organic products. Consequently, physical attributes such as shape, grain density, color, and natural aroma profile may vary naturally from piece to piece. Slight variations do not constitute a defect.

  • Grading: Grades such as Super, Double Super, Triple Super, and Royal King reflect standard grading benchmarks used at our facilities in Vietnam.

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to revise product prices at any time to account for market changes and raw material availability.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline any order for reasons including inventory shortages, pricing discrepancies, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

  • Payment must be processed through our authorized channels (e.g., PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You warrant that the payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

3. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

  • Orders ship directly from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, via international couriers or freight partners.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for any import clearance, custom duties, VAT, or local inspection fees levied by the destination country.

  • Regulatory Compliance (CITES): We provide necessary export documentation where required. The buyer is responsible for verifying that agarwood imports meet their local regulatory requirements.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the sensory and hygienic nature of agarwood products:

    • Opened, partially used, or decanted bottles of agarwood oil (Dehn Al Oud) are strictly non-returnable.

    • For raw agarwood or chips, return requests must be submitted within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery, provided that goods remain in their original condition and packaging, minus a minimal test burn sample agreed upon with customer support.

  • Return shipping fees, insurance, and re-import duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from a fulfillment error or verified product defect on our part.

5. Intellectual Property
